Which email should I enter?
Use the email address or username registered on this website. Your Meta Quest account may use a different address.
Where is the reset link?
Look in the inbox and spam folder for the address attached to your account. Follow the latest recovery email; links can expire or become invalid after another request.
Can someone else change my password from this page?
They still need the valid recovery link sent to the account’s email. Keep that link private and never paste it into a comment or support message.
The email does not arrive.
Confirm the address, check spam, and allow a few minutes. If delivery is still failing, describe the issue through Create with me without sharing your password.
