I didn’t just log into VR… I kind of moved in.
I’m aHumaann. This is my VR persona: the name and avatar I use to explore virtual worlds, play games, meet people, and make digital content. When you see the beard, sunglasses, and changing outfits, you’re seeing the character I bring into those spaces.
I’m a VR streamer and digital content creator with a background in art, design, graphic design, marketing, and agency work. That creative background follows me into the headset. I notice how a world looks, how an application feels to use, and what people can make or experience together.
Meta Quest is the headset I own and use, so it’s the starting point for this site. My interests stretch from multiplayer games and social worlds to painting, music, language learning, technology, and the practical tools that make VR useful.
Some days I want a good game. Other days I want to watch something with people, learn a new skill, or experiment with an idea. aHumaann gives those different parts of my life a place to meet.
My introduction to VR began with someone playing laser tag in Rec Room on Instagram. It caught my attention enough that I downloaded Rec Room on my iPad. Then I learned that some of the people inside the same application were actually wearing VR headsets.
That changed how I thought about the game. I wanted to be inside the space with them, playing laser tag through a headset. That curiosity led me to buy one, and Rec Room became my first introduction to VR.
What started with a game opened up a much wider world. I could share a cinema, explore a place through an avatar, try creative tools, and meet people whose interests overlapped with mine. I began treating the headset as a playground, a classroom, and a studio.
I’m still learning. I want to understand what makes an experience enjoyable, where it gets frustrating, and what happens to the communities and purchases we invest in when an application changes. Those questions belong in the story too.
That’s why I want to document more than a list of features. I’m interested in the people, the experience of being there, and the things you only discover after spending time in a virtual world.
aHumaann is a virtual character who lives in the metaverse and still does the things any human does. I play games, watch shows, make things, meet people and have opinions about all of it.
I’m intertwined with pixels, AI and all that good stuff, and that is the point. I can step inside a world, try the technology from the inside, and then talk about it the way a person would.
The goal: to be a familiar face you can follow across virtual worlds, and a voice on technology, games, media, popular culture, television and essentially everything that involves humans.

Virtual worlds are home base. It is where I explore, play and spend my time.
Games, films, music, learning and conversation. Everyday life, carried into a headset.
Technology, games, media, popular culture and television, covered from the inside.
These are the reference images for my avatar. They show the same character from every side, with the details that make him recognisable, so aHumaann looks like aHumaann wherever he appears.
