The same sign-in works for the team. These roles are assigned by the site owner; visitors cannot choose them during registration.

| Reader / Subscriber | Manage a personal profile and comment as a signed-in reader. | Default for new reader registrations. |
| Contributor | Draft and edit own articles for review; cannot publish. | By invitation from the owner. |
| Author | Write, upload media, and publish own articles. | Assigned to approved writers. |
| Editor | Review, edit and publish articles across the blog. | Assigned to editorial staff. |
| Customer | Manage shop orders, account details and billing/shipping details when the shop launches. | Through the future shop account or checkout. |
| Shop Manager | Manage WooCommerce products, orders and shop settings. | Assigned to approved shop staff. |
| Owner / Administrator | Manage the site, accounts, plugins and settings. | Existing owner account. |
Customer and Shop Manager roles are provided by WooCommerce. The shop is still in preparation. Google and Facebook sign-in will be added once their account connections are configured.
